My name is Chayce Whitworth, I am a native Idahoan. Born and raised in Sugar City, Id., I grew up around potatoes, farmland, and wilderness, being just a few hours drive from Yellowstone National Park and the The Grand Tetons. I enjoyed being outdoors among wildlife, bugs and frogs. My brother and I had lots of pets not to mention an iguana, frogs, rabbit, and most any other type of amphibian or bug that crossed our paths when we were kids.

I have always had a passion for art as long as I can remember. My elementary school teachers would come around and yell at me for drawing funny sketches all over my homework. These doodles consisted of wildlife, bugs and frogs, and I would always draw them as though they were human and could talk and live as we do. From those early days till now I have always loved to bring those images that were floating around in my mind and putting them down on paper.

Having just finished a BFA in illustration at BYU-Idaho April 30, 2006. I am making my debut as a free-lance illustrator. What better way is there to provide for my wife and my beautiful daughter than doing that which has always been my hobby and passion and that is creating fun, imaginative illustrations that captive the atttention of those looking and brings them into the world that I have created for them through pencil, brush and paint.
